A lot has happened since I was on last time..
But we are all healthy and doing great and I couldn't have asked for a better life as of right now.
Right before Christmas Trig got a Staph infection and had to have surgery to have it removed. We got to stay in Rochester for three nights and come home with a PICC line for a month after that. It was very emotion on me to have this but I realized in a hurry that I am a stronger person than I had ever thought I could be. So our first Christmas with Trig was a little bumpy but we made it through and I can't wait until next Christmas now.
We got through the New Year and I enjoyed a 10 day trip to Florida with my mom, Tyler and Marisa for the first 5 days and than they flew home and Charlie flew out for a little bit of sister time. Oh, boy was that a trip to remember. It was so fun and we have many stories to tell after that 5 days. And we have decided we will be doing it again next year. I think we will have to make this an annual trip. I think we will have to take Jordan with next time though as it was fun and I think Jordan will enjoy it also she will be almost 18 by than.
The month of February was a very good month. Chad and I went to Chicago for a Dairy Land Seed Convention and we went out a few days early to just have some time to ourselves and it was a little bumpy towards the end as we don't quite know what do to with each other by ourselves that long and he was on this kick that we were going to be buying a new combine and let me tell you I was so not on board with this. There is a combine that we use that runs and works just fine and we also have a burned up combine that Chad and his brother thought would be a great purchase last year so I was a little ticked off that he even thought to bring this up. But it wasn't just this trip he had been talking for over 3 months about this combine. So on this trip all I got to hear about was can we please stop and just look at it. So finally after hearing about it for 4 days I agree, but it was made clear that we were not buying it and if he already had I was renting a car for the remainder of the trip and coming home and packing up and leaving. I know I am a mean person. So we make it to the Implement Dealership and it is raining, sleeting and snowing all at the same time. He says aren't you going to get out and look, actually no I am not I don't want to look at it but I get out and be nice as I have been not so nice about this topic. I climb up and sit in the buddy seat and he says if we buy it you are driving it, I am still sitting here thinking and it comes out of my mouth, what part of we are NOT buying this combine don't you get... Well I move over and look over at the controls to see how different they are from the one we already have since this one is a little newer. When I look back over at him expecting him in the buddy seat next me he isn't there he is on one knee on the floor of the combine with the most beautiful ring in his had and says, "Tamora will you Marry Me?" Ok now I can't talk and like two minutes go by and I am not crying and get the words out, "YES!" We get to the car and I have to call Trig to tell him and my parents since he has been at my parents for this trip. I tell them and what comes out of Trig's mouth is a big "YEAH!" like he knew what he was saying. So the combine was an amazing adventure and a time of my life I will never forget. We will be getting married on July 21, 2012 in Blooming Prairie, MN.
Than we move on to the month of March. Oh boy Chad's birthday and our Son's 1st Birthday. Oh my this was a hard month for me as where did the time go I can't believe Trig is one already and not only walking but running around like a monster! He is so amazing and makes me laugh all the time. We had a great month.
We are also proud owners of a new mini van YEP thats right folks Tamora is driving a new mini van!
Things get crazy around our house every now and again, or I take that back every minute or two. But we make it through and we are living life to the fullest.
I will now post some current pictures of Trig!
